Do bin pulls come loose?

I love the look of bin pulls on kitchen cabinets, and found a style i adore (Gilmore pull from Restoration Hardware), but notice that they attach via screws through the front of the pull (not through the back as in most cabinet hardware). Does anyone have long term experience with this type of pull? Do they wiggle loose after a while?

i've been in homes that have had them on for years.
the only one i noticed coming loose was one where they misdrilled, and had to patch the hole to redrill.

I think a pull with only one screw would tend to 'wiggle loose' more easily than one with 2 screws.

I have this type of pull on my home office cabinetry (albeit mine screw in from the inside of the drawers/doors) and have had no issue whatsoever with them coming loose.

Pulls should not be fastened to the drawer front with wood screws. A drawer is usually made up of a full box with a drawer front put over it. The pulls should "pull" on the drawer box itself, not the drawer front. You want to attach those with an oval or flat head machine screw and a tee nut from the back.
