My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The floor is oak random with 5-7" boards. We kept them on the smaller side as the house is on the water. The stain was a custom mix. That is a deep rich gray/brown/ebony.

      Hello, I've never heard of limestone for flooring and it looks beautiful. Does it require a lot of maintenance or is it easy to upkeep? Thank you!

      Limestone is a natural material and like any natural material they need to be cleaned and sealed periodically.
