My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The valance was custom made by the decorator working with us. Her name is Donna from Savvy Interior Design and she is the best with excellent taste. Here is her Houzz page: http://www.houzz.com/pro/savvyinteriordesign/savvy-interior-design

Please feel free to contact her and she can provide all the fabric details and dimensions.
    Thanks!
