My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ceiling Fixture for Eat-in Kitchen

What type of ceiling fixture would look good in this space? This is the only dining area in the home. Dining table will be placed underneath the light. Have not selected a table yet, so open to suggestions here as well (could be round/ rectangular/ square...). Finishes in the room so far are all stainless. I like a classic yet rustic-modern look, if that makes any sense. Please help!

    Have you tried Lantern & Scroll yet? I think you should do their John Street Collection lights. Check out these pictures from their Facebook page. I would of course just use 1 for your space. They are so great to work with, all made in the USA, and great prices. Best of luck!
