My vote for off white panels.

I would either go with the off white to match your shades or brown if you want more contrast. I think that could look really rich and beautiful.

What about something closer to the color of the carpet? Like this?

I would hang something in the turquoise family to brighten the space and ad more flare.

I would add color in accessories, pillows, ceramics, flowers. Consider trim on drapes in your accent color of choice, like turquoise.

I'd leave the windows as bare as possible, as the view is wonderful.

I love the wall color and the beautiful Roman blinds. I'm not seeing the need for curtains. With all of the baroque-type furniture, drapes can be an overload. If you really want drapes I would go with a lighter version of the wall color to tie in with walls and contrast with all the white.
