This is the best remodel on a fireplace I have ever seen. So creative, and clean. Love the tile you used. I hate brick fireplace. I get so many people asking me how to change a brick firepl. You have showed how to do it, and is beautiful job.

OMG, I love this. I have a brick fireplace that we painted white many years ago. We converted it to gas a couple of years ago. I would love to just drywall the whole thing but when I see this, I'm inspired. You've done a wonderful job!

All - thank you for your compliments. I have refaced many fireplaces and since I'm a flipper I always try to economize without sacrificing style so I have found tile is a great option. The main gray 12x24 tile is from Lowes and is pretty cheap, I think $2.99 if I recall. The glass tile which is $12/" - we use about 18". So other than labor the materials to tile are relatively inexpensive. Thank you all again. I love this fireplace as well but I love anything modern and unusual.

Yes, it can see that. Glass mosaic or stone mosaic is always a decoration trend of fireplace surround, or kitchen back splash,bathroom. It's beautiful. The color and pattern are suitable for the surround environment.

Are the after photos actual photos or digitaly produced images? Something seems "off" with the colouring or depth.
