We just finished renovating our recently purchased town home near the beach in Encinitas near San Diego and wanted to share the before and after pictures. We did all the interior design work ourselves and hired individual contractors as needed. The goal was to retain the existing frame and structure as far as possible and focus on the paint, flooring, lighting and furnishings. Below is the result (before and after).
