I just remodeled my kitchen over the summer and I did a combination of stained walnut and painted grey cabinets (BM Eagle Rock)

I like this kitchen. If you like it, go for it. It doesn't matter what's current or trendy,,go with what you like. This kitchen is classy and it's not something that will go out of style.

I don't go by trends. Do you like grey? Did you like it before it became popular? Do you see getting sick of it? If you like it get it. I also like the kitchen you show as an inspiration. You can always make it look more currant by accessories that are in the "in" color.

There are so many options that come to play when redesigning your kitchen. It's a good idea to visit a showroom with many styles and see what catches your attention and where you can best envision yourself cooking.
