My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Gout in tile

How did you get the grout to stay so dark. I have installed tile that looks exactly like this and the dark grout has a haze. Any recommendations.

    Hi and thanks for the question! Some grout issues that you experience may be due to the quality of the grout used and of the installation. The grout we used for this project is Tec AccuColor in the color "Light Chocolate" (#944). There are grout colorants available which maybe be able to correct the color, but be sure to check with a local tile expert for best results. -Emily

    A vinegar water mixture will help remove haze and even out color as well. Once mixed out in tile surface and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes then scrub. Repeat as necessary.
