Winterberry, Snowberry, Beauty Berry and Helleborus

Heath, holly and flowering kale!

I also leave the dried hydrangea flowers on. The tan flowers are stunning in a snowy landscape.

I actually have something to look forward to in the winter

Here is my Annabelle Hydrangeas 'Incrediball'...I leave the dried flowers on until Spring.

escolat: I've wanted some outside plant that stays green year round. I picked ivy as it is a climbing plant also. Ours is crawling instead of climbing bc of lack of vertical structures. I like it but is plain in comparsion to yours. Wish i found you sooner.

don't forget pansies with the ornamental cabbage and kale. my gardenias bloomed recently. sometimes they bloom twice during the yr like the beautyberry.

Obviously, you are in the South, DIAsoton, My gardenia is potted, indoors! Helleborus & heath are my favorites because they choose to bloom in the cold!

Not only cold! but snowy as well. Jotted down Helleborus & heath for future reference
