My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wood floors In my small town fixer upper

I have been working on my small house for about a year now. Feel free to give me any advice ( I could use it ).

      Your hard work totally paid off! BEAUTIFUL room! My only thought is to maybe move the couch back further from the tv??? That will open up that area a bit more and make the side chair fit better, too.

      Such a great transformation. Have you thought about doing cornices over the windows? If you did in a natural woven, it would highlight the color of the wood flooring.

      Nice job on the baseboards and hardwood floor finish! What stain did you use? They look great! Have you thought about using crown molding to give the room a little more flare?
