My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

terrazzo floors

Should I keep them?
Featured Answer
I would kill to have terrazzo floors in my house. If they are in bad shape, you can refinish them. They will need to be stripped and resealed. The floors themselves should be pretty indestructible, so any issues will just be in the finish. There are a ton of DIY instructions on the web.
