What to do about a kitchen mistake?

I've done a K remodel and am fairly happy with everything but the floor, which was to be a grey/blk. vinyl "tile" pattern. Installed, I think it has too much beige for the French Grey and Peppercorn cabinets. (Saw only a 2'x2' sample; thought it would be fine.) Any remedies possible without tearing up current new floor and starting over??? HELP! and Thanks!

You may find that with time it will feel better - as we are always more critical of new things ?! Has anyone else said something about them ? Could you ask some friends their opinions too ( not your whacky friend with the orange ceilings in her house though !)
Or if you are ready for possible critique / adoration from anyone/everyone - add a photo on here ?!

If you really can't live with it - can you add a non slip washable rug to minimise what you see ?!

I think the wacky orange ceiling friend was probably over it in 6 mths anyway. She'd probably vote for white, now. Although orange would hide exploding eggs from the microwave.

chookchook2, it will NOT.

I'd say put down a nice runner rug to give a change and something nonslip to stand on... and it may grow on you with time so you can ditch the rug, as OnenPlan suggested.

Agree with okdokegalon the rug. With the ceiling, would have to repaint green to evolve with the egg.
