My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the industrial light!!! Where was it purchased? Would you recommend it for a loft space with 17' ceilings?

    There are lots of great sources for light fixtures that have a simple and authentic character. For this residence I sourced pendants from Lightolier as well as a couple of other manufacturers. Vintage industrial lights that can be bought from an architectural salvage shop are also a good option.
