My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

how are the redwood boards attached to plywood, screwed directly on? or is there some type of spacer btwn them? thank you.

    The siding is attached to vertical spacers o/ vapor barrier. Look up rain-screen siding to get a better understanding of how the systems works. There is a gap less than 1/4" between the siding sections.
