I know someone already asked this and I looked on your blog but could not find the answer. Where did you get the drawers in the middle with the pull out handles ? Also where did you get the long countertop that the lamps sit on?

It was under the comments. Here's the link, although the short answer is: 1. Micke drawer/file units from Ikea.
2. Ikea "hack" of the Lack TV Unit, which basically ended up being the perfect length for my particular room. See the specifics below.

The handles you added to the micke drawer/files look great! Are they the TYDA stainless steel handle from Ikea?
