Hi Tikkitalk, The interiors of these cabinets are painted where they are exposed, or where they can be seen behind glass (ie. the upper cabinets). The cabinets with solid doors have melamine interiors, but plywood is an option. I hope that helps!

Hi, It would effect the price pretty significantly. Our sheet material cost for good-2-side plywood vs. melamine is about 450%, and ends up increasing the cabinetry cost by about 40%.
