Love the chandelier. Where can I purchase?

I haven't been able to find a chandelier like this anywhere. Can you please advise where I can purchase it?

Hi there i love this light but I'm not sure if its OK to have low hung lights in low ceiling room.
Also I have a through lounge dining area on the one side and sitting in the other, is it ok to use different types of lights in this type of room?

Would really appreciate any advice its our first home and i want to get it right :-)
