Hi Jean-Ann this is Texas Leather AC 3 from Benjamin Moore. It has a wonderful hot chocolate feel and works easily as both an interior and exterior paint. When I use it as an exterior I tend to pair it with Ben Moore Affinity 350 Tumeric on shutters or the front door.

Would this be a good colour for a very small living room?

Hi Joanne,
It depends on the light you have in the room and other pieces. AC 3 tends to drop into the background and allow art and furniture to take center stage.
If you are using the LR for reading or working, I would just make sure you have enough light source for the evenings.
