My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the smooth stucco and windows. Where are windows from?

I would love to know (1) where the windows are from and (2) how to get the stucco looking so smooth. We're looking to do the same thing to our house. Thanks!

    The windows come from Alumatherm in Oakland, Ca. The stucco has two finish coats on top of the brown coat. Once the first finish coat is dry it is rubbed down with a stone float to remove any small stones or "boogers" as they are called. The second finish coat is applied atop this, with fine grade. (The first finish coat can either be medium or fine). The plasterer for this project was Madson Plastering from Sacramento, Ca.
