My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you please tell me the details about the floor. The type of wood, stain color, and width of the planks. THANK YOU!

    3 ¼” wide Select Grade Red Oak. It was stained with Cabot’s “Special Walnut” color and then finished off with 3 coats of polyurethane.
