Sea Salt is a little on the green side. Earl Grey is a cool neutral. Another cool neutral gray is Passive. It is lighter than Earl Grey. A good white to use with both of those is Extra White, which despite it's name is not a stark, bright white. lol. I found these on a website fabuloushome blog.com. A greige that a lot of people like is Agreeable Gray. It definitely leans toward the beige side. Look those up on the Sherwin Williams website and search for photos in rooms here on Houzz. See what you think about those. The thing I like about SW's website is that it usually shows the other colors on the same strip as the one you searched for. This makes it so much easier to find two colors that work great together. In this case Earl Grey did not show a color strip! aarrrrggg! Hope this helps and doesn't confuse you!
