We are getting laminate floors installed on Friday throughout our entire downstairs except the bathroom and laundry room. Our back door is where our living room and kitchen meet and I'm trying to decide what to do with the flooring in this area. We have a pool and this area always gets wet when people come inside (no matter how hard I try to make sure people dry off outside!). I was thinking about just leaving the 3 rows of tile in front of the door. Will this look weird? Any other suggestions? Thank you for your help!
