This isn't a regular Wall Covering or Wall Paper? Or, is this paint with a stencil design?
If indeed it is paint with a stencil design...what is the best way to execute this? I've never added a stencil to a painted wall.
Is it a DIY type of project? Or would you recommend a professional painter to add the stencil design to that wall?
