The dishwasher leaked itself, and we will be changing out the flooring in our 950 sq ft condo. Great opportunity to make some changes, but also a pretty big headache.

It's a 'soft' loft style unit in an up and coming downtown neighbourhood and we'd like it to feel modern, urban and industrial.

The kitchen will be changed to polished concrete, and would really appreciate recommendations on flooring options for the rest of the place.
