My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A couch decision

Hello
our 8 year old couch is falling apart and we need to buy a new one. The room can hold a sectional however It makes it smaller walkways as it is a great room and the kitchen is not sectioned. I was thinking of getting a smaller couch and love seat with two chairs to make the living space smaller. What are your thoughts? Or should I just recover the current couch?
