My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We actually designed and built the sink (SoCal Contractor) and the faucets are from Hansgrohe. Funny story: the condo was for a younger male client who liked "clubbing" and ran into a few scuffles. My idea when I built the sink was to remind him of jail (I've seen these types of sinks in public institutions) when he started and ended his day. It's worked, he's stayed out of the can! :)
