My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That set is sold at Wal-Mart. It is part of the Better Homes and Gardens collection; It's called the Englewood Heights 4-Piece Conversation Set... the list price is $748 but you can get it online right now for $728. That price also includes the four toss pillows. I saw it about two weeks ago and I'm considering getting it myself.....

    I have this set. Bought it from Walmart for $698...warning...do not buy this set. The metal slats underneath have broken and the fabric mildews. I've had my set under a patio and have taken extremely good care of it. It's impossible to clean. I've written Better Homes and Walmart numerous times. No resonse.

    I bought 2 of these sets at half price. The furniture has held up great, the fabric needed replacement after three years in the sun.
