How much of this room is already built? (plumbing, walls)

Only pillars have been erected, i do have full scope of making changes.

One of the things we use in tight spaces is a pocket door; frees up physical floor space as well as giving the room a more open feel. In this configuration I would even consider not using a door at all, but pocket doors gives you the option.

And how much/often do you intend to use the master lounge?

except it looks like where his pocket door would be is right on his pkumbing wall so that might be an issue unless me re works existing plumbing

I would eliminate the mstr bdrm lounge, the desk and office chair. Turn the lounge dressing area into a larger dressing area with a couple of comfy stuffed chairs, here you can also add the desk if you really need it in bdrm area. Add dresser into bdrm. and enlarge bathroom so you can have both air injector jaccuzi type tub, walk in shower and toilet and bidet. The pocket doors work great in bedroom, dressing, bath areas.

Thanks for the revised design, but it removes the walkin wardrobe. Which was the key to remove all the clutter from rooms.

We never use our sitting area in the bedroom! Re think it!

Isn't clutter in walk-in worse, because it's small?

i do feel 8.5*5ft actual space left is 3 ft to move within is good enough. have similar space in my current walkin wardrobe it is feels ok.

I'd prefer to sleep on the door side, in case of emergencies.
(And I'd lounge in my living room)

But my entire first floor is as big as your bedroom. :)
