we are finishing my basement and have a large 3 door patio walk out. the basement is to be finished with a medium oak floor and I have no idea how to transition tile to hardwood. would use a half moon-rectangle in space for tile- what colors are neutral for tile.. we are thinking of painting the walls a grey shade but want tile that will go when we change the paint color and what type of tile is durable we live in Canada and have lots of snow and salt. thank you
