My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like Hickory or White Oak with an Oiled finish. Here is something similar we are doing over White Oak. Let me know if you have any other wood flooring questions. joel@oakandbroad.com

    This kitchen was featured in a group of photos illustrating wood-look porcelain floors. They are planks of tile installed with mortar then grouted with a narrow grout line. Put wood look porcelain in houzz's search to see more. Ceramica St'Agostino has a nice selection of these plank tiles! I found St'Agostino from $7-11/sft, so shop around or negotiate a better price.     I have saved this to my kitchens ideabook. I love the floor. The high windows. All of the glass period. The white. The island of course. I have seen all of the storage in this kitchen. Clean lines. No frills. Beautiful.
