My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dark wood floors

We are building and picking floors. Love the look of dark wood floors but people keep warning how dirty they always look. Any way around this or advice?

    Yes there certainly is. We have an oiled charcoal finish that satisfies the desire for a dark floor however it isnt completely dark, meaning it will still conceal the occasional dust bunny or dog hair. Here are some shots.
