What a difference, the bathroom looks terrific! I agree with Dytecture on the mirror selection.

I would take the mirror from the countertop to the ceiling. Ideally, you should mount sconces at face level for the best light source. You can also get mirrored plugs so they will blend in.

We have lights but mirror I can't post a better pic of vanity :(

One suggestion is to go to a glass store. They have mirrors in stock plus can order a variety of shaped mirrors. We ordered 2 large oval mirrors unfinished and stained them to match our cabinet for a recent bathroom remodel. Could not beat the price even with on-line options.

Go to a quality frame shop with your measurements. They can order a beveled mirror to your size and add a frame that you choose. Go big.
