How does the curtain work

I have a couple of questions. Firstly, is the rod one length or is it broken up? How is the rod/s held in place so the curtain can go the length of the rod?

Same question!! How does the curtain pass over the wall bracket? Seems as though you'd need to have several different curtain panels here which would destroy the look!

t is a slide mechanism in the rod and the curtain is attached by and tab that is pulled by a cord on the far side.

This does not look like a "traverse" system. Is bypass brackets with C-rings?
