need help with kitchen appliances

having trouble choosing black or stainless appliances. I prefer black gas cook tops (not glass) . The micro wave and oven will be built in. Then the refrigerator on opposite wall. Question Can I have the refrigerator in stainless and the rest Black or should they all be black.

I dont always agree that they HAVE to be the same. But it does depend on the appliances and the room. Many times certain sheens of stainless look different. I could see your stove being different if its a nice big impressive looking monster. Do you have some pictures you could post?

For continuity it helps to have the same colour appliances. However, right now the trend is to mix black and stainless steel in appliances (in Europe) so you could possibly mix the two with impunity!
