Inexpensive floating shelves are a simple, easy way to go.

I think your basic issue is that the console is very small in relation to the TV and there's virtually no space around it to place any art. On that note, I'd suggest you look at filling the whole wall, not just around the console. This will also down-scale the TV a bit as well. You could do shelf as suggested, or grid out black picture frames with white mates. You can pull art for them from almost anywhere, including books even magazines.

Hi Polka Girl - I agree. The console was surprisingly small. We received it today, ordered it as part of a design plan. (It's not a large room.). Do you have any houzz example pics? Dark frames, light frames, all one size? Thank you! Color in the pics? Thanks for your thoughts!

What does the fourth wall look like? Could you add that picture, pretty please? It seems like the couch should be between the windows and the tv opposite the couch. The chairs could possibly join into the conversation and viewing area.

I think that might not work with the open areas on this "wall". :)

How about wall mounting tv on center of wall. Flank each side with large pieces, such as a clock and mirror. Keep tv high enough above console to allow for different height accessories. If you could change out console for longer darker piece, it would do wonders. Pick up colors in accessories and pillows and throws. Play around with side chair. May be better seated in front of window sharing and end table with couch.

I don't think the couch should be floating in the room. The arrangement is not working. I would rather see it on the tv wall OR on the wall facing the window to start. Can you take a picture of the whole space.

Here's a different angle, two different curtains- decided on the white. The console does seem small. Hoping to get it to work though, just purchased it!

Agree with Polka Girl, I'd go with dark frames on the whole wall, in varying sizes and shapes. It would probably help the scale look a little better if the TV wasn't hanging over the edge of the console too. It's a minor thing, but it would make a big difference to line up the edge of the TV with the edge of the console.

Would the console work on the clock wall with the t.v. mounted on a swing arm so the couch could be moved to the wall where the console was?

Put the tv between the windows so you can see the tv and look out the window and move the couch on the wall across from it. I would then move the chair in the corner facing into the room but I would have to see the couch moved first. The layout is not working either.
