So this is the kitchen of our new place. My plan is to add a long island and do all the counters including the existing ones in statuarietto marble.... paint the b board backsplash white and change the existing stove to a range top. The small area of walls would be painted Cloudy Sky and the ceiling Seabring White by Benjamin Moore. However, I still feel it my be too dark. How can I possible make the existing cabinets two tone when they're floor to ceiling along both sides of the kitchen?... And still keep it balanced visually? The other issue is the other appliances have an oiled bronze finish! Any suggestions would be appreciated!
