How is your calacutta marble holding up? I want to use this but keep hearing NOT to use in a kitchen…thoughts??

This is a longstanding debate. Every client I've had with white marble in a kitchen loves it, but they do say that you have to watch it with red wine and lemon juice particularly. Still these things just add to the patina though, so people love it regardless. One point to consider is that countless cafes and restaurants use this material and have for centuries across Europe. In those environments, the material really gets heavily used and yet it is still a popular choice for restaurants, bars, and cafes. Best of luck to you!
