Hi. I love the way this fireplace looks. I have a bright red brick fireplace with a mantle piece over it and bookshelves on either side. I tried to white wash the brick, but hated it. I have painted the walls shaker beige. What would you recommend as an accent color for painting the brick. I am going to paint the mantle and shelfs an offwhite/white, but think white brick would be too white. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
