My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like dark stained pine flooring, nice side widths too.

    It is a lovely floor! The house was built in the 20's and this is the original oak floor. We stained it rather dark and because of the sunlight pouring into the room the color
    has a richness and depth not seen in newer wood. Hoping this assists!
