My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Honestly...I found this light fixture at Goodwill...it was brown wood and the rim was brass. I got if for $2.99! I brought it home, painted it white and added the drop crystals. :) I have since added a chandelier over the sink....never have figured out why the builder didn't put a light over the sink, but now I can see with my chandy!
