My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love these windows. Who is the manufacturer? Also, are the doors french doors? Do any of the windows open? This is a lovely room.

    Thanks for your inquiry and compliments. Marvin is the manufacture. The doors are "fold-away". All of them stack to the left side of the picture creating open flow from the Sunroom to the "Screenable" porch beyond. These then become one large screen porch in essence. The lower outside window units on the left wall are venting picture units. The screen is concealed neatly between the sash and jamb and it opens just enough (about 1 1/2" ) to provide mosquito free ventilation.
