I have a 6 burner gas range with oven and a double wall oven I entertain a lot and love having both. I have Kitchen-aid full size double wall ovens and I love them they are so well insulated I can have both going in the summer and it hardly affects the heat in the house at all. My range is a Bertazzoni, very sleek looking nice combination of burners from wok to slow simmer, easy to clean and decently priced compared to alot of big gas ranges. I like having both gas and electric ovens as some things are better cooked in gas ovens.

thanks for the speedy response; we had looked at the KA double wall and saw many negative responses about noisy fan and slow to heat up...are you experiencing any of these? this is the model we are researching: KitchenAid KEBS209BSS

How did the double wall KA oven worked?

I'm also shopping for possibly a 48" as we were surprised to find it provides a better layout in our kitchen (currently being designed). Any feedback on preheat times for the small oven especially? I'm hoping to replace my toaster oven, which I use more than a standard oven by 10X.
