My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The roof is Zincalume, exteranls walls from memory as this file has been archived would have been ¼ shade Dulux China White.

    We specify both Zincalume and Colorbond for various projects, our use of Zincalume on this project is due to the materials natural raw aesthetics and seams quite fitting in a rural context. The overall selection can come down to client preference and the balance of the desired colour scheme. Our project gallery shows many homes with Zincalume and Colorbond roofing. The Zincalume roof does also offer a greater level of reflection and less heat absorption than some Colorbond colour choices.
