sliding barn door

I had a sliding barn door installed for my guest bathroom. It doesn't close flush with the door frame or even lock. Anyone using the bathroom can be spied on through the gaps on both sides of the barn door. HELP. Did I mention it doesn't lock! My guests will never want to use that bathroom!!

The hanging hardware of the door needs to be changed. Unless you can adjust the clearance on your current hardware.
