My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi there, I have 5 feet exactly. Do you think this is too little? Do you mind sharing the overhang distance on the island? My kitchen will be almost the exact layout. clearly this space is wider but the jut out for the table and layout is so similar. it is a beautiful kitchen. thank you so much for sharing!

    here is my layout (image). we decreased my island by 2 inches so it is 36" and this helped bring me to 60" from the island to the table. I do plan a narrower table some time in the future but am really hoping it won't be too crammed. thx!
