Greetings all! Long-time viewer, first-time poster, hoping for some ideas from far more knowledgeable people!

I recently moved into a new flat and brought a bunch of old furniture with, but am now looking to redecorate. I’m struggling a bit with the lounge. It’s a fairly standard shape, more rectangular than I’d like, but ok – 22’8 x 12’4 (6.8m x 2.7m). The real problem, though, is as per the attached picture – two doors, not quite aligned, pretty much cutting the room in 2. The door on the right is the entrance into the lounge, the one on the left out to the garden. They cannot be moved. At the mo, I’m using the bottom section as the dining area, which I may or not keep that way (I have a separate area elsewhere that could be used as a dining area, although it doesn’t have a tv – I’m also living alone). At the top in the middle, there’s a tv, bookshelves to either side. On the left under the 2 side windows, radiators.

Anyone have ideas how they’d arrange the room?!

Separately, I absolutely love this sofa. I’m trying to figure out whether I could incorporate it (the only place it could go would be on the right wall), but I’m really not sure how I would match it with other chair/sofa designs without it looking too jumbled.
