The table will sit in between the work part of the kitchen and the family room, it's very open. Kitchen is black and white with stainless, carrara marble and absolute black granite, white cabinetry. Floors are a medium brown wood stain. Family room has a large medium gray sectional and planning to have brighter colors in the rug and accessories, like apple green, blue and perhaps a few pops of pink/magenta. We're thinking of putting a small desk in this area, too, probably white and with a clear chair. Our style is contemporary.

Would you do white chairs? Black and white? Gray? Leather? Upholstered? Something else? Any ideas or advice?
