My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The brick on the fireplace is Georgetowne by Old Carolina Brick Company. We are unable to provide the paint and flooring information at this time. Thanks for your interest.

    The floor looks like reclaimed pine flooring. The darker portions are the natural patina from the beams that were sawn to produce the floors. I hope this helps.

    You are both incorrect. The floors are reclaimed oak and came from Antique Floors and More in Bluffton. Not nice to take credit for someone else's work :(
