I am remodeling my kitchen and would like a clean look for the range top. I prefer a 30 inch induction, but every sales person says that gas is better for cooking and it's good for resale. I have only a few days to make a choice. I even considered something that is induction with maybe a single gas burner. What do you think. The kitchen is still under construction. The unit will be in an open concept kitchen.
